Hi. I am english, but will be moving to California with my french wife and two french children in 2006. I would like to know what sort of housing is available for 1. rent, or 2. purchase in driving distance of Sonoma. Is it easy for someone with a work permiet to buy his house, or does he have to stick to renting? What are the rent or mortgage payments for a decent sized family house. Thnaks in advance
